Glenbrynth 40 years Blended Malt Wooden Box

Glenbrynth is a Scotch Whisky brand that was founded about 10 years ago by South African businessman Brian Nathan. With obvious reference to the Gaelic spelling of his name Brian has built his brand incredibly quickly and Glenbrynth can be found in more than 20 countries.

The blending and bottling is handled by W. Grant and sons, who own Glenfiddich, Balvenie and Kininvie. They also own the great Monkey Shoulder brand.

This blend is almost certainly made up of malts from Mr. Grants giant stills. Glenfiddich is number 2 distiller in Scotland with an output of 21 million litres.

Jim Murray thinks that this Whisky is the business. The Glenbrynth 40 in this box is different to the Glenbrynth 40 in the Cardboard box. They are both awesome, but intriguingly different.
