Mackinlay’s Legacy 12 years Blended Scotch Whisky ( 1970’s)

A very hard to find bottle of the whisky produced by Charles Mackinlay as a tribute to five generations of Mackinlay’s blending experience. So it must be good stuff indeed.

Charles Mackinlay established himself in 1815 as a wine merchant in and he registered ‘The Original Mackinlay’ in the 1840’s which went on to be the mainstay of the brand.

This bottle is from the tail end of the Golden Age of Blending.
