No:68 Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A ‘mystery malt’ from the Private Barrel Company, a South African indie bottler, that is also a giant retailer.

This Malt is almost certainly Loch Lomond 12 years and is great everyday drinking.

Nose: Very sweet both on barley sugars and honey and fruits.

Palate: Smooth and warming in the mouth, thick and oily.  The body is sweet and fruity with Highland Peat.

Finish: medium length more fruit and peat smoke,
