Chivas Royal Salute, the blend created for the reigning Queen Elizabeth, when she ascended the throne in 1952.

The Royal Salute is created with Malt and Grain that is 21 years or older, and it is indeed a Royal blend. Chivas is a good, but this Queen is some way better.

This is a limited numbered bottle of the 100 casks release. With a few releases now, this was a South Africa only release. South Africans drink a lot of whisky and is the 4th biggest Scotch importer in the world.

This is a magnificent Whisky made with 100 casks from 100 distilleries. Many aged barrels from closed distilleries went into this iconic Blend of blends.
