Tullibardine 13 years 1993 Single Malt Whisky

Built in the 1950’s this is a distillery that is young (a little over 70 years) ungainly and still getting into her stride.

Developed as a blending Malt Distillery, the quality of the spirit has improved with each successive owner and the current owners, French Picard Vins, are working hard on the brand, at least as hard as the french can.

The formula is promising, French Wine barrels  in abundance, Spirit that lends itself to a ‘finish’, a unique selling style (the bottles look remarkably like wine) and a gentle persona.

We love this Vintage ( see…french), and would make a wonderful after dinner dram.
